The bad brakes, bad tire, cracked windshield, broken light, poor running engine, slipping transmission, and/or check engine light might have been one of the causes why you got into an accident in the first place.. Trust that once the cosmetic damages have been repaired, the root problems will still have to be corrected.
We can customize the repair to fit your budget. We realize that in this economy, most of us don’t have luxury to carry full cover insurance, but need to get a vehicle back on the road. If you car works 100% of time, you will be at your job at your 100% of the time. Reliability is important to us, more importantly it is to you and your employer.
If you have insurance, but have a deductable, maybe we can work something out. It is your choice where to have your car fixed. Your insurance company may steer you to one of their network or DRP (Direct repair program not discount repair program) shops, but the choice is yours! Why would your insurance company steer you? That’s simple, MONEY! Several of them do make a shop give a discount on parts and/or labor but it is more a step to control the repair shops. If a shop doesn't give discounts or use aftermarket parts they steer the insured to a shop tha will.
Minnesota’s Law states that insurance cannot tell you where to take your vehicle to get repaired. You are only required to get one estimate, and estimate is the starting point for the repairs. To perform an accurate estimate a complete teardown must be done, if that was not done, there still might be hidden damages. Only once the actual damage has been assessed, will we know the actual cost of the repair.
If your insurance company has issued a check, in most instances, the payment is not for a full assessment of all the damages to your vehicle. They will pay the bare minimum with the expectation that the repair shop will prepare a supplement. It is your vehicle and it is your choice where you get it repaired. Saving some money on the repairs is nice, but not at the expense of your safety and your family. We are license in the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, and the State of Minnesota, and we adhere to the rules and regulations required by each of these offices. That should be important to you, because unlike the other guys, we will be here tomorrow, when you may need some additional help.
